By accessing or using Nexi Market(the website, Telegram channels, and subscription clubs — collectively the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using it, you confirm that you are.

Nexi Market is an independent research and educational platform. We publish:

• Market analysis across crypto, forex, and macro.
• Trade ideas with defined risk frameworks.
• Educational content about market structure and methodology.
• Performance reports archived publicly.

Subscribers gain access to private Telegram clubs (Crypto Club, Forex Club, or both via Bundle). The exact contents and frequency of publication are described on our homepage and may evolve over time.

Nothing on Nexi Market constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. We are not licensed financial advisors, brokers, or fiduciaries. Our content is for informational and educational purposes only.

Trading and investing in crypto, forex, commodities, or any other financial instrument involves substantial risk of loss. You may lose your entire investment. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

You are solely responsible for:

• Your own research, decisions, and outcomes.
• Determining whether any trade is suitable for you.
• Complying with the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Tax reporting and obligations resulting from your trading.

Nexi Market does not execute trades on your behalf. We do not custody funds. We do not have access to your exchange or wallet.

Pricing

Subscriptions are priced in USD as displayed on the homepage:

• Crypto Club: $29 per month
• Forex Club: $29 per month
• Bundle (both clubs): $49 per month

Pricing may change. Existing subscribers will be notified at least 30 days before any price increase takes effect.

Payment

We accept USDT only via TRC-20, ERC-20, or BEP-20 networks. Other payment methods may be added in the future. You are responsible for any network fees and for sending the correct amount.

Activation

After on-chain confirmation of payment, your subscription is activated within minutes and you are added to the private Telegram club via your provided username.

Renewal and cancellation

• Subscriptions are billed monthly.
• You may cancel at any time before the next renewal.
• Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period.
• We do not provide pro-rated refunds for unused time within a billing period.

Refunds

Due to the digital nature of the Service and the volatility of markets, all sales are final. Refunds are not provided except where required by law, or in exceptional cases at our sole discretion (such as duplicate payments or our failure to deliver service).

You agree not to:

• Share, redistribute, or republish content from private clubs to non-subscribers (this includes screenshots, copies, and forwarded messages).
• Resell or commercialize Service content in any form.
• Use the Service to harass, defame, or harm others.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or build derivative products from our content without written permission.
• Use automated bots to access or extract data from the Service.
• Violate the laws of your jurisdiction while using the Service.
• Impersonate Nexi Market, our founders, or other users.

We may suspend or terminate access immediately if these rules are violated, without refund.

All content published by Nexi Market - including analyses, trade frameworks, methodology, written commentary, charts, and brand materials - is the intellectual property of Nexi Market or its licensors.

As a subscriber, you receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license to view and use the content for your own trading decisions. You do not gain ownership of any content.

The Nexi Market name, logo, and visual identity are trademarks (or common-law marks) and may not be used without written permission.

We publish monthly performance reports archived on this site and publicly verifiable on our Telegram channel. We make our best effort to ensure accuracy, but:

• Past performance is not indicative of future results.
• Reported metrics (win rate, profit factor, etc.) are based on our published trade ideas, not the outcomes of any individual subscriber. Your results will differ based on your own execution, risk management, position sizing, and timing.
• We do not guarantee any level of return, win rate, or profitability.

The Service relies on third-party platforms (Telegram, payment processors, hosting providers). We are not responsible for the performance, availability, or policies of these third parties.

Links from our site or content to external resources are provided for convenience. We do not endorse and are not responsible for third-party content.

We aim to keep the Service available continuously, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance.
• Technical issues outside our control.
• Force majeure events (such as regional internet outages - see our March 2026 disclosure on the Crypto report page).

Brief interruptions do not entitle you to a refund. Significant outages may, at our discretion, be addressed with credit or extension.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexi Market, its founders, and its affiliates are not liable for:

• Trading losses or missed gains arising from your use of the Service.
• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
• Loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption.
• Acts of third parties, including payment processors, exchanges, or wallet providers.

In any case, our total liability to you for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nexi Market and its founders from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your violation of laws while using the Service.
• Your trading or investment decisions, regardless of whether informed by our content.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms, abuse the platform, or engage in fraudulent activity. In such cases, no refund is provided.

You may cancel your subscription at any time as described in Section 4. After cancellation, these Terms continue to apply to any past use of the Service.

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. When we make material changes:

• The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will reflect the change.
• We will post a notice in our public Telegram channel.
• For significant changes, we will email active subscribers.

Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are interpreted under general principles of international commercial contract law. Any dispute will first be addressed through good-faith communication between you and us via the email below.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you and Nexi Market agree that any claim must be brought individually (no class actions) and will be subject to binding arbitration where applicable.
