This Privacy Policy explains how Nexi Market(“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, stores, and protects your information when you use our website (neximarket.com), Telegram channels, and subscription services (collectively, “the Service”).

What we collect
We collect the minimum data required to provide the Service. We do not collect government IDs, social security numbers, or sensitive biometric data.
Information you provide to us
- Email address - when you contact support or sign up.
- Telegram username - to grant access to private clubs after subscription.
- Wallet address - used solely for receiving USDT payment confirmations.
Information collected automatically
- Anonymous analytics - page views, referrer URLs, device type, country (city-level only). We do not track you across other sites.
- Server logs - IP addresses are temporarily stored for security purposes (7 days max) and then deleted.
We do not collect: full names (unless you give them voluntarily), home addresses, phone numbers, government IDs, payment card details (we never see them), or browsing history outside our site.
How we use your information
We use your information for these purposes only:
- To provide subscription access to private Telegram clubs.
- To verify USDT payments and activate your subscription.
- To respond to your support emails or messages.
- To monitor service performance, identify bugs, and improve the site.
- To comply with legal obligations when required.
We never sell your data. We do not run advertising networks, do not share data with marketers, and do not use your information to train AI models.
Payment data (USDT)
We accept payments only in USDT via TRC-20, ERC-20, or BEP-20 networks. This means:
- We never see credit card or bank details. No card data ever touches our servers.
- We see your sending wallet address and the transaction hash on the public blockchain.
- We use this only to confirm payment and grant access. We don’t link wallet addresses to other identifying data unless you provide it.
When atlos or another payment processor is used, their privacy terms also apply to the transaction. We will publish processor details on this page when integration is live.
Who we share data with
We share your information only with these parties, only as needed:
- Hosting providers (e.g., cloudflare) - to serve the website.
- Payment processors (e.g., atlos, when integrated) - to process USDT payments.
- Telegram - to manage private club access via your Telegram username.
- Email providers - to send you receipts or support replies.
We do not share data with marketers, data brokers, social media platforms, or AI training datasets. If a legal authority requires disclosure, we will comply only when legally compelled and notify affected users where allowed by law.
Your rights
Regardless of your location, we honor these rights for everyone:
- Access - request a copy of the data we hold about you.
- Correction - request that we correct inaccurate data.
- Deletion - request that we delete your data (subject to legal retention requirements).
- Portability - request your data in a machine-readable format.
- Objection - object to processing based on legitimate interests.

For users in the EU/UK, the legal basis for our processing is contract performance (providing the subscription) and legitimate interests (fraud prevention, security).
How long we keep your data
- Active subscribers: as long as your subscription is active.
- Cancelled subscribers: 90 days after cancellation, then deleted (except for legal records below).
- Payment records: kept for up to 7 years if required by tax or financial law.
- Server logs: 7 days, then auto-deleted.
- Support emails: 1 year, then archived or deleted.
Security
We protect your data with industry-standard measures:
- HTTPS/TLS encryption for all data in transit.
- Limited team access - only founders see operational data.
- Encrypted storage for sensitive records.
- Regular security reviews of our systems.
No system is 100% secure. If we discover a breach affecting your data, we will notify you within 72 hours and explain what happened.
Children's privacy
The Service is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a minor has provided us with information, contact us and we will delete it immediately.
International users
Nexi Market operates globally. Your data may be processed and stored on servers outside your country of residence. By using the Service, you consent to this transfer.
We apply the same privacy standards to all users regardless of location.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as our practices evolve or as required by law. When we make material changes, we will:
- Update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
- Post a notice in our public Telegram channel.
- Email active subscribers when the change is significant.
Continued use of the Service after a change indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
